- 05We encourage our members to compete to push their physical and mental boundaries but we also understand everyone’s Jiu Jitsu journey is different.
- 06There will be a warm up portion, a technical teaching portion and some form of resistance sparring or rolling depending on the level of the class.
- 07For your first class wear comfortable clothing (track pants, tank top etc.) we will provide you a gi or kimono top to wear. For safety reasons no jewellery, earrings or anything that can get caught and cause injury.
- 08Ideal for ages 5–16, with beginner-friendly progressions and advanced options to match each skill level.
- 09Martial arts classes emphasize striking, movement fundamentals, and character-building, complementing our grappling-focused curriculum.
