We encourage our members to compete to push their physical and mental boundaries but we also understand everyone’s Jiu Jitsu journey is different.

There will be a warm up portion, a technical teaching portion and some form of resistance sparring or rolling depending on the level of the class.

For your first class wear comfortable clothing (track pants, tank top etc.) we will provide you a gi or kimono top to wear.
For safety reasons no jewellery, earrings or anything that can get caught and cause injury.
